This project combines workshops, gallery and the offices of a housing association on the site of a former school. The surrounding park provides leisure activity space for the local community. The main cinema-lecture space allows projected imagery to be seen from the amphitheatre outside the building. This 24-hour facility acts as a beacon and a sanctuary.
